2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third-party content. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. The games on the website (drawing cards, wheel, quiz) run only in your browser. Names you enter are not stored or transmitted.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.

5. Orders via Etsy

We sell our products via Etsy. When you click a shop link, you leave our website. For orders we process the data Etsy provides (e.g. name, delivery address, order contents) to fulfil the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and keep it in line with statutory retention periods. Etsy’s privacy policy applies to processing by Etsy, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.’s privacy policy to the Instagram link.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Baden-Württemberg.
