Healthy habits that are fun.
We create games that bring small, well-researched habits into your everyday life. With points, little duels and real moments of success instead of willpower and guilt.
Resolutions fail. Games don’t.
Most of us already know what’s good for us: more movement, better sleep, more vegetables, less stress. The problem isn’t knowing. It’s sticking with it.
That’s where we come in. A good game makes people do things again and again, willingly and happily. We use that mechanic for the habits that research shows matter most for a long, healthy life.
Built on research
Every challenge is based on habits that are well studied.
Small enough for every day
A few minutes are enough. Many small wins beat one big resolution.
Real game mechanics
Points, levels, jokers and a stake keep you going.
Solo or together
Play against your own record or challenge your partner, friends and family.

We’re starting with an advent calendar and an annual planner. More games are in the works, and your feedback helps us make them even better.

Fact or myth?
How much do you know about healthy habits? Five statements from research that surprised us too.
People who start together with their partner are more likely to stick with it.
Among 3,722 couples, 67% of men became more active when their partner started at the same time. Without her, only 26% did.
Jackson, Steptoe & Wardle (2015), JAMA Internal MedicineIt has to be 10,000 steps a day, otherwise it doesn’t count.
Around 7,000 steps are already linked to a 47% lower risk of death compared with 2,000 steps.
Ding et al. (2025), The Lancet Public HealthA little competition leads to more movement.
In a study of 602 adults, playful competition added about 920 steps per day compared with the control group.
Patel et al. (2019), JAMA Internal MedicineFriendships are nice, but they don’t really matter for your health.
A meta-analysis of 148 studies found that strong social relationships are linked to a 50% higher likelihood of survival.
Holt-Lunstad, Smith & Layton (2010), PLoS MedicineA short walk after eating does nothing for your blood sugar.
Even light walking lowers the rise in blood sugar after a meal compared with sitting. That’s why the duel starts with a post-meal walk.
Buffey et al. (2022), Sports MedicineThese studies show associations in large groups, not promises for individuals. Our games are not a substitute for medical advice.
